About
Qatar University Health Clinic was founded in 2001 as an outpatient clinic that provides free medical care to all QU members including students, faculty, staff, and visitors in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by Qatar Ministry of Public Health. The Clinic attends to around 120-150 patients with 3-5 emergency cases throughout the school day.
With the formation of QU Health in January 2017, the Clinic became a member of that cluster along with the Colleges of Health Sciences, Pharmacy and Medicine therefore working all in synergy and strengthening inter-professional collaborations and ties to better serve the needs of the community.
Mission
QU Health Clinic is committed to providing high-quality health care services, securing the safety and well-being of QU members and supporting Qatar University's mission on learning, research and contribution to the society in accordance with the policies and procedures set by Qatar Ministry of Public Health, as well as raising health awareness through providing a studied health and wellness program.
